Cats

• Cats are allowed (limit 2)
• There is a non-refundable $200 deposit
• There is a monthly fee of $20 per month

Dogs – allowed on a case-by-case basis

• Must be under 25-30lbs
• There is a non-refundable $200 deposit
• There is a monthly fee of $20 per month
• Must be house trained
• Owner must clean up and dispose of pet waste
• Must be kept on leash at all times
• Must be a non-barker
• Breed specific limitations apply
• Dogs are not allowed in any units which do not have 1st floor access or have tenants below.

Note: Permanent damage to carpets/padding and other flooring or walls, doors, and trim from pet urine or damage as a result of digging or scratching will be billed to tenant at actual replacement cost.

Aquariums

• Aquariums 10 gallons or under are allowed
• Larger aquariums may be allowed on a case-by-case basis
